Words can't describe how we are feeling at this moment. As my sister Diana, arrived to my mom's house yesterday she noticed smoke and she rushed in gathered what she could while the neighbors carried my mom to safety. The house was a total loss so now we begin the recovery process. While we were blessed with having insurance, after reviewing the policy we have found that the limits are not sufficient.
