I’m reaching out with a heavy heart and a desperate need for help. My husband is currently incarcerated for crimes against children, and I am trying to divorce him while keeping my children safe and secure. Unfortunately, he is now trying to fight me for custody and visitation rights, and I can’t face this legal battle alone. He left me as a broke single mother to identical twins with very little in our bank account as he withdrew what we had in there when he initially got out of jail the first time, due to domestic violence. I am still currently in my masters program for mental health counseling as well without any sort of income.

I need an attorney to stand by my side, to make sure my children’s voices are heard, and to protect their well-being during this difficult time. Every day that passes without proper legal support is stressful and uncertain for my kids and me.
