Jeremy's Transplant Fund

Hi, we are Rachel and Jen, close friends of Jeremy and Krista's.

On behalf of this amazing family, we would like to ask you to consider helping our dear friend, Jeremy.

Nearly 16 years ago,Jeremy underwent a liver transplant, due to his autoimmune disease known as Primary Sclerosing Cholangtitis (PSC).

Over the course of the last several months of not feeling well he learned that the PSC unfortunately has returned. Setting the stage for a second liver transplant necessity.

With the circumstances Jeremy and Krista will need time away from work to be at several necessary medical appointments to be offically eligible for a new liver. Leading in to medical co-pay expenses,medical travel and lodging,parking fees and post transplant medical care.

Many of us are looking for a way to help them as they navigate this journey.

It is our hope, in supporting them, this can lesson some of their financial burden.
