Hi, my name is Teresa, I'm here because I've had a run of horrible luck medically and I really need help. Today is Christmas day and I am in the hospital with no clear discharge date. I came in on the 4th and had emergency surgery that removed a large section of my bowel and left me with an ostomy that is probably permanent. The worse part of all of this is I have no income. My bills are piling up but there is nothing to pay them with. I'm here begging for help. Worrying about both my financial and my physical well-being is literally killing me.
