Help St Elizabeth Rise Again – Together We Can Make a Difference
Hi everyone,
My name is Shellion, and I’m a proud Jamaican—born and raised with deep love for my island home. My heart breaks seeing the pain and destruction caused by Hurricane Melissa. Our communities, especially in St. Elizabeth, have suffered unimaginable losses—homes destroyed, schools damaged, and even our Black River Hospital severely impacted.
Right now, many families are struggling just to meet their basic needs—food, clean water, baby supplies, and shelter. The road to recovery will be long, but with your help, we can bring hope and relief to those who need it most.
I’m raising funds and collecting donations to provide food, water, clothing, baby essentials, and household items to families in the hardest-hit areas. Every contribution—no matter how small—goes directly toward feeding families, restoring homes, and rebuilding lives.
My family, friends, and I will personally ensure that your donations reach those who truly need them. I’ll also share updates and photos along the way so you can see the real impact your kindness is making.
We are accepting:
Non-perishable food items
Baby supplies (formula, diapers, wipes)
Clothing and household essentials
Medical and hygiene supplies
Jamaica has always been built on love, unity, and strength. Together, we can help our island rise again—stronger, safer, and filled with hope.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for standing with Jamaica during this difficult time.
With gratitude and love,
Shellion
