Help me get to college

Hello my name is Sebastián Omar Ortega. I am 17 years old and I currently finished my high school curriculum from an advanced private school program in Puerto Rico. I am a 3.8 GPA Student. I moved here 3 years ago to be with my family after struggling with my mum and dad financially for many years in New York and Florida. I moved here because: I fell in love with the country, my dad wanted to start a food business and I wanted to be with my family. I am currrently moving to New York to live my aunt for the time being to start my college studies over there temporarily because unfortunately in Puerto Rico right now the university I applied to is currently under strike and there is no update upon when it will open again. The problem is that I owe 5,000 dollars to the private school. I started resuming my high school education (10th grade) when I came here in 2014. I was about to leave in 11th grade to a public school because my parents weren't able to keep up with the payment because my mum lost her job as a 5th grade teacher due to a neck injury she received after a door was purposely loosened and fell on top of her. My dad during that time just barely opened his business and was only making enough money to pay for our food and bills. Thanks to the lord my mother has finally got a full time job and my dad's business is progressing. Lamentably we still can't come up with the money to pay the debt off because he used all the savings to upgrade his business. The school director didn't want me to leave and understood my situation so she decided to help me as much as she could financially. She let me stay and study to finish my senior year. I am extremely blessed and grateful for all she has done for us. Sadly, she couldn't continue to help us because the board of director and her accountants won't release my transcriptions from my high school studies in Florida and Puerto Rico to the public state universities I applied in both places due to my economic situation. She wanted to give me a full scholarship all this time but it was denied from them. I don't want to leave Puerto Rico or my family, especially my sweet little sister. We have been battling through many years of depression due to pregnancy troubles my mum went through with my little sister and the loss of my beloved grandmother who passed away 5 years ago. The situation is draining and repulsive. All I want is to study psychology and start clinics here on the island to help people get through depression or any situation. If there is any money left over from what I have asked, I will use it to help my best friend, Dariana Jimison who has been battling cancer for more than 3 years and after being a year cancer free an she is now back again taking up chemotherapy. I love her to death and she has been a role model for me and my family. Please I know the world is filled with greedy and dishonest people who take advantage to use for there own benefit instead of using the money to help people in need. I have very little time and I need to send the transcripts before July so I can start my semester this year. Thank you for your time being and reading my situation. I hope you can help.
