My name is Shelly Seward & I am writing this for my husband Pete. Pete has been having issues with severe swelling in his legs. After an ER visit and many diagnostic tests, it was determined he has Cancer originating from his prostate resulting in a tumor in his bladder. Tests also show Cancer is in his bones as well. Pete is an amazing kind hearted man always there to lend a helping hand. He has 2 grown sons and a grandchild. He's been a member of the Enforcers MC for the last 7 years. Pete loves his club brothers as well as our close friends who are like family to us in our biker community. Pete's been in the hospital for over 2 weeks dealing with complications from the Cancer. I have been by his side day and night and have been unable to work myself as I am his caregiver and at this point this is going to be a long tough road.

While we have been in the hospital, during the quiet times, I have been reflecting on our life together, and how I am not ready to let the love of my life go yet. We have so many more memories to make and share. As the holiday’s approach, I thought of last Christmas. Pete and I did not have the means to buy a lot gifts to show our love for each other. Instead, we found the true meaning of the season. We started out in the morning together side by side and rode our Harleys making a loop down to Vero. The air was crisp and refreshing, nothing but wind and my love by my side. This was the best Christmas gift I could have or ever will receive. This is because at that moment I realized I had the best present of all, Pete’s unconditional love and support. This is just one memory; there are many more similar to this one. Please support Pete and I in making more memories that we will cherish.

We are proud people and asking for help is something we have never had to do before however sometimes you need the help. I have bills coming in and we will have to make many trips back and forth to Orlando. I thank you for taking the time to read this and appreciate everyone's support. He’s tough and we will fight this together.
