It’s been a tough couple of years for my sister Julie. About 14 months ago, Julie found out she had colon cancer. This was after a while of things not being right in her body. She is not going to like that I am doing this. I understand the pride you have to swallow. But, when things get to the point where outside sourcing is a better idea than watching people really stress out over how to pay for life when working isn't possible: I just couldn't watch it anymore. I've always loved the idea that we give when the opportunity presents itself and the love we feel for our own family kinda spills out into other families. I think we all understand the stress that illness can bring to the whole family.

That said, here we go. I will give updates as I can and honestly as Julie will allow.

So far, Julie has had radiation, surgery, and chemotherapy. The chemo was really hard on her and she is about to endure even more. At this point, I'm short on knowing how much detail I can share.
