Wubbe's Big Surgery

Earlier this year, we rescued a senior 12-yr-old lab mix who was dumped at the shelter with a large mass on his hind leg.  He is the sweetest, well trained guy and while we weren't sure how much time he may have left, we wanted to take care of him.  After multiple Dr. Appts, tests and pain meds, we have realized that this sweet guy could have years left if we remove the non-cancerous fatty mass that continues to grow on his leg, making it more and more difficult for him to get around.  The first estimate was $7K (WOW!) but our Vet found a surgeon who will do the surgery for $3,500.  We can cover most of the expenses but are reaching out to get help to with the surgery costs.
