Hi, my name is Lara. I am a single mom of 8 that I care for 100% on my own with zero help from my ex-husband. Two of my children have special needs. One with down syndrome and one with autism. I am in a position finding myself needing to ask for help again. Last week my van died. I had to have it towed to the mechanic and was told that to repair it would cost more then what I still owe on the van. My van had over 350,000 miles on the engine and basically needs a whole new engine which would cost about $3,000 more then what I still owe. I often have to make long trips across the state to go to specialist for my kiddos. I feel so absolutely defeated having to ask for help again. Like a walk of shame. I am asking for any help to pay off my loan and to have a down payment for a new vehicle. I am approved for a loan, but without paying off my current loan and no down payment it would put my monthly payments at such a high rate that I couldn't afford it. I am at a point where I feel absolutely defeated and don't know what else to do other then to ask for help from others. Please, if you can help at all please donate. If you can't, then please share.
