Today our baby boy Prince was hit by a vehicle. It was a large SUV. He's only 5 months old and doesn't even weigh 20 pounds yet. He got ran over twice! The SUV ran over his back right foot and Prince tried to continue to run and the other wheel of the SUV then ran over his whole body. Prince could not even get up after, we had to pick him up and rush him to the emergency animal hospital. After X-rays they found that Prince's pelvis is broken. It's shattered into pieces and he needs surgery to put everything back into place. The other side of his pelvis may also be fractured. Tomorrow they will be doing a 3D X-ray on him which costs 1,500$. We also already had to put down 1,500$ just for him to get checked out and stay over night in intensive care. They are keeping him over night in ICU to make sure no internal bleeding developes and to monitor him all night. He is currently in the ICU with IVs in him and oxygen. We want to save Princes life and get him this surgery that he NEEDS but it is very expensive!! They gave us an 8,000$ estimate on the surgery to fix his pelvis and that's not including the 3D X-ray or any other procedures they may need to do after the 3D X-ray.  We need all the money put down before he can have this surgery done!! We want to do everything we can to get our fur baby the surgery he needs. He's so young and such a good puppy! Please help us if you can! Anything will help! I will keep posting updates.
