While we are fully supported by Zwift for the ZRL, Zwift Duathlon League & Zwift Running League, Zwift Classics, the WTRL Team Time Trial (2nd only to WTRL Zwift Racing League for participant numbers each week) and our Tuesday and Saturday events and series remain solely funded by ourselves.
WTRL creates its own tools to do what it does with almost 24/7 support to our participants with response times under 1 hour. Contrary to popular belief there are no provided tools, computers, servers or software - these are all purchased or developed and built by ourselves.
We continue to support numerous other community organizers with their competitions too as well as provision of almost all graphics and data to Zwift Community Live for all broadcasts. In 2020, we teamed up with World Bicycle Relief for a very special WTRL Team Time Trial where we collectively raised US$136,000.
At the time of writing, Martin clears 5x 30 hour days per week on just 6 hours sleep in between and Steve is not far behind in order to keep our participants, friends and fans in the biggest, best, fairest and arguably the most fun available on any cycling eSports platform in the world as we work to develop the sport to global heights.
Steven & Martin appreciate your help whether it is a a donation to buy a new cable or one that helps us cover the costs of prizes (yes we do indeed pay for these ourselves more often than not) so that we can continue to support and improve our WTRL platform, website, eRacing competitions and other community organizers in general. If you would prefer to donate via PayPal in your own currency rather than Canadian Dollars, you can find the links for these on our website www.wtrl.racing.
