My name is Shawn Dowdell father of Zoe  (GANGSTALICIOUS) Dowdell. My son was brutally murdered by New Britain Police. He was an aspiring rap artist that was starting dance craz for Connecticut (dumbing out). The police are taking their time investigating their on people. Since his (GANGSTALICIOUS)death , the dance is getting big, his songs are still getting plays and everyone is using his name for clout chasing. I don’t see anything from all the work he put in!! I don’t make much working part time with my new mental issues . I’m late on my rent my bills & my car broke down after funeral. I’m sad and prideful but I really need.
