Help me get my wisdom teeth pulled

I'm too disabled to work, and the only health insurance Georgia provides when you're poor is the ability to "have healthy babies". I haven't been able to go to the dentist in years because of lack of money and lack of transportation, and now one of my wisdom teeth is constantly causing me pain. It's broken into pieces, and is just going to keep getting worse.

If I chew something the wrong way, the nerve pain shoots down my entire jaw. I have no money to get it fixed on my own and I really need the help.

I'm asking around at dentists nearby to get a price range but no one has responded back yet. I need at least this one removed, but preferably all four of them would be taken out to stop this from happening again in the future. Everything would be paid for out of pocket, including the anesthesia and sedation.
