My name is Robert (Leon) Nelson, as most of you know I have Type II Diabetes and Heart Issues (cardiomyopathy). I'm on a medication called Warfin (which thins the blood). And at this time, because of my Diabetes and Heart issues I now have a blood vessel in my right eye that has haemorrhaged (Vitreous Haemorrhage). This means that my eye has filled with blood and requires surgery to remove it. That being said, I'm asking for your help due to the fact that I don't have Medical Insurance. This Surgery is going to cost my family $4222.62 which has to be paid up front.  As of right now I'm scheduled to have Surgery on 6/22/15. I have been truly blessed and with your help I can continue to enjoy seeing my grandchildren grow up as they are the joy of my life. I have been retired since 2003 and have enjoyed time spent with them. The amount that I'm required to pay for Obama Care is very costly and before this I haven't been able to qualify for Social Security or Medicare. Up to this point in my life I've always been able to take care of  things without outside help. But this is something I just cannot afford to do on my own. I also realized I cant allow my pride to stand in my way. So I humbly ask for your help no matter how great or small. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.
