This is the first time in WSF history WE have done something like this. The story just hit me. Headline is WYATT STRONG! I came across this story from another member 2 days ago and I have not stopped thinking about it. Wyatt is 6 years old. On June 21st 2019 he was diagnosed with wilms Tumor (a type of kidney cancer). I immediately started trying to get in contact with his family. I spoke with his mom and learned that WYATT loves and lives for fishing!! So I cant think of a better group of fisherman to step in and help than the WSF family! I really think we can come together as 40,000 strong and make this happen. WYATTS mom has to travel over 300 miles one way to get the chemo treatment once a week through January. This is what I want us to do as a group. I would like to be able to give the family a WSF fishing package gift . Wyatt has two brothers. The boys Ages are 2,6,and 10. Maybe SportCo will jump in and help me get something for under the tree! Second I want one or two of my WSF sponsored guides and charters to donate a couple seats this spring for Wyatt when he beats this in the spring. I’m going to take donations for this through The GO FUND ME.  I’ll even meet you in person. This will be raised to bring them the WSF fishing package for Christmas and a guided trip if I can’t get one donated . All left over funds will be given to the family for medical expenses and to help! ALL WSF GEAR (hoodies, hats, decals, shirts) everything sold through January from my website, of MY proceeds will go to Wyatts family. I really want to make this happen.
