Farewell to Emily

Over her many years at IFAD, starting as an intern, Emily has developed quite the network of friends and colleagues. I often think of her as the "mayor" of IFAD because it is so hard to get anywhere without her stopping constantly to shake hands and kiss babies. But today, our dear Emily has decided it was time for her to move on to bigger and better things. Though she will be sorely missed by many people here, she will no doubt miss you all much more.

To give her a proper sendoff, we thought of gifting her two things, neither of which will take up much room in her suitcase.
