Support a Dream

Hello Friends,

If you are reading this, it is likely that you already know me to some degree. Perhaps you’ve supported my small online business over the last 2 years, attended one of my crafting courses or maybe we were once coworkers. Whatever the case may be, I’m writing this now to ask for your help. If you do know me, then you are aware that asking for help is something that I struggle with immensely, but I’m ready to take the chance.

Until recently, I was stuck in the 9-5 corporate grind. I reached a breaking point, and I left the corporate world to become a full-time artist. It has been rewarding beyond words. The support I’ve received from the local community and my fellow artists has been nothing short of astonishing. I am now ready to take the next step. I am opening a brick-and-mortar store.

The funds received from this fundraiser will go towards purchasing initial store inventory, rebranding efforts, marketing the grand opening, and creating a new website. For those of you that don’t know my background, my degree is in business administration and entrepreneurial management. It was always my plan to open a brick-and-mortar storefront, but this is the first time I’ve felt like it’s a possibility.

I know what it’s like to have a dream so big that it seems woefully unattainable. I know how it feels to grow up with little means and nothing to hold onto apart from that dream. If you’ve read this far, maybe you understand that feeling too.
