My Berklee College of Music tuition

My name is Jessie Putnam. I am currently studying Vocal Performance at Berklee College of Music. I grew up in a small town in Texas and moved to the big city of Boston to follow my dreams of becoming a professional singer. I wake up every morning to do what I love most, sing. I’ve performed with the Boston Pops, was a part of the Loft Sessions 2014 collection, sung on many of my peer's projects, and I’ve sung at many local venues in Texas for benefit concerts. I am part of the student run chamber choir Crepusculum, which has kept me with my roots of classical singing. I am also a part of student run jazz choir Point of Departure.

All of these amazing opportunities I have had the honor of being a part of would not be possible without my family and friends. They have gotten me where I am today and continue to give me the best support I could ask for. I have one more year left at Berklee and plan to graduate Spring 2017. I have a very hardworking family and we have done everything we can to get my education at this prestigious school. I have updated my gofundme account to be able to continue my schooling at Berklee. The last time I used gofundme was to help me go back to Berklee last fall and it helped tremendously. If I don’t raise enough money I will not be able to finish my last year at Berklee. I cannot imagine my life without this school and the people I have met and had the pleasure of working with. It’s an incredible place and I cannot see myself anywhere else. I have grown as an artist and continue to learn things all the time. Any little bit helps. Thank you so much for the support.
