In November, Brittany and I found out that we were pregnant with our 2nd child. On Friday, March 11, 2016 we found out that she was actually carrying our 2nd and 3rd children: twin girls (probably identical). 2 days later, on March 13th, Brittany went into preterm labor at 21 weeks. Kate and Ella Sampson were born on March 14, 2016. Kate was born at 1:41 and Ella at 1:58 in the morning. They didn't survive long after birth and left this world peacefully. 

We are planning on burying Kate and Ella in the Provo Cemetery on Wednesday, March 16 in a small, graveside service. We've already had people ask how they could help, so we started this campaign for anyone who wanted to contribute to covering funeral and cemetery costs, as well as hospital/medical expenses.

We love our two angel daughters more than we can say and are so grateful for all the support we have recieved.
