Support needed for the Woodall family

Donation protected
Thank you so much for taking the time to read this right now. Teamster Jimmy Woodall out of local 455, a loving husband, great father, and beloved friend who was involved in a tragic accident in December 2020 at the family home and transported to the hospital in critical condition after an unjust police shooting. This dreadful event was witnessed by onlooking neighbors (both children and adults), along with his wife vanessa woodall and children who watched him get gunned down in the street from the front yard. The oldest son was almost involved in the shooting as well from chasing after his dad but thank God he is ok physically.
One day after work in April 2020 Jimmy decides to ride the bmx bike with the kids and ended up severely fracturing his tibial plateau [knee and below] which for 3 months we didn't know if the dr's could save his leg or amputate that really took a toll on him and he couldn't work to provide for his family, then Covid 19 hit,  so then everyones freedom changed, since then he's had 3 major surgeries since he broke his leg, And each surgery he was put on a medication called tramadol plus other pain stuff and he was having horrible mood changes each time so the last surgery in Nov 2020 i told the dr to only prescribe tramadol because each surgery he would change. thats when he started to hallucinate, mood swings, paranoid psychological problems, and i was tired of dealing with it so i said just keep taking the tramadol, not realizing he was having a horrible reaction to it, he was crying out to everyone because he knew he didn't feel right, my neighbor told him to stop taking the tramadol and call his Dr so he did that morning,  i got home from work and he was being odd, we were celebrating my mom's birthday which he's normally the one to help celebrate but that night he was acting crazy something I'd never seen in 24yrs so i told him to leave and he started to drink whisky, I'm thinking that's gonna be a really bad combo, which it was.  I told him to leave for the night but things got out of control so i said i would call the cops but he did instead and that's when everything just got insane.  And he was not chasing anyone around he was wanting to hurt himself,  i can't tell the whole story because of the investigation but thank God, we finally figured out it was the tramadol he was having a allergic reaction too. But by then it was too late, the tragedy already happened.  He was almost killed over it,  we were trying to find a balance between his daily meds and pain meds, he was struggling to maintain full control of his bipolar manic depression condition which has been balanced for years until he broke his leg.
This tragic night the police were called out which started with him calling first but he's edited out then it's hang ups and its only me, my son and daughter in law on it,  we wanted to difuse the situation and there was no reason for the situation to escalate  as seen on recorded surveillance, the time between police arriving on scene to the time Jimmy was on the ground fighting for his life, only 90 seconds elapsed with no attempt to defuse or negotiate the situation, the officers fired 11-15 shots from approximately 120 feet away, 5-8 bullets pierced his body causing severe injuries throughout his body. Jimmy fought to stay alive in the ICU where he has undergone multiple surgeries and was relying on a ventilator for breathing support for 4 days. Jimmy is needing long term physical and nerve therapy and a hip and shoulder replacement now.  The injuries he sustained will leave Jimmy permanently disabled along with PTSD he and his family suffers from and this horrific tragedy is going to effect him for the rest of his life. The kids are needing a great deal of therapy but our finances are running out and I'm overwhelmed with drs, cps, court appts, therapy visits and to top it off they impounded his truck and i only have 1 vehicle now to get to all the appts, so he uses the car and i drive my hairy grooming van even for grocery shopping, I've  always got hair on me but that's ok at least I have it to drive, [update we got our truck back, amen, thank you, detective Mike], I'm normally a giver, but God is showing me i need to be a reciever now which is really hard, so I'm pouring my heart out, our church has been so awesome and i can't wait to be able to be a servant again, I've learned so much from this especially being humiliated and embarrassed but God gets all the Glory, Amen

Also since the kids witnessed the horrible shooting incident we now have to rent another place for Jimmy to live, because they want him to have alot of classes he needs to complete and so many supervision visits before he's allowed to come back home to live, so at first he was at a hotel but that's horribly expensive so thank God, we found a room to rent until he's allowed back home, the kids are having a really hard time with there dad having to stay away they can't understand why, but we're complying with what they want to get him back home. Everyone is suffering tragically during all this, plus the humility is overwhelming.

We are reaching out for any support during this tragic time, any donation, no matter how small would be greatly appreciated to Help provide groceries, utilities,  therapy, the room to rent, medical supplies, and household bills, attorneys fees, because we need 3 of them, just crazy. Thank you for all your love, support, and your prayers. And we were told we would need to move because the neighbors didn't want him back home, but our great landlords just gave us good news that they'll sign another lease and Jimmy is aloud back home when cps allows him back, God is good. we're really in dire need of any support, thank you again and God bless you all.

God is awesome, Jimmy is a true miracle, obviously God has a plan or he would of taken him that night.

Sincerely,
The Woodall Family
