Wrongfully Evicted During Global Pandemic

Lost my job due to Covid-19 pandemic. Had unemployment issues that were pending and therefore no benefits being paid out. Tried working with property management on payment plan for rent next thing I know constable at our door to kick us out of a place we had been renting for almost 3 years. Constable said we were protected by the governor's executive order on evictions so we were saved that day. Next thing we know the property management agents that were at the house with the constable that day filed a new eviction case in court saying I threatened them that day in front of the constable ( which I didnt ) they had no witnesses or burden of proof and if they were so threatened an arrestsable officer (constable)  was there in front of them. Therefore they now claimed that was a lease violation and several judges upheld this as a lease violation (despite any burden of proof and seeing it as blatant retaliation) it now didn't protect us on the executive order and therefore we were evicted. The property management and their attorney's retaliated against us and being protected by the governor's order therefore they made up this lease violation and filed a new case as an end around to have us evicted and succeeded. This nearly cost us to be homeless and we had to move when we couldn't afford too. We had to spend all the money we had and use up all the unemployment benefits that finally came through by the grace of God to secure housing. Now to the current day with several weeks of unemployment at 2nd lowest in the country because there is no extended benefits being paid at this time it's back to the financial struggles until I can get back to work which I'm apprehensive to do cause my wife has 2 conditions that compromise her immune system. Type 2 Diabeties and hashimotos disease. We dont ever want to be in the situation we were in before so any help we can get to recoup our money that we begged stole and borrowed for while sustaining our new place would be a blessing.
