Wrongfully arrested and need lawyer fees

My sister-in-law was wrongfully arrested for a hit and run that she stopped for

On Feb 1 Mariah was side swiped while driving for her job. She stopped the car because she was hit but then moved the car to the side of the road so she wouldn’t be hit again in order to keep the child in the car safe because that’s part of her job. No one was hurt thankfully. Cops eventually showed up and were very rude to Mariah. We know because she was on the phone with people while it happened. Then on February 23, while on the way to her job, she was pulled over and arrested on a hit and run charge. There was a warrant out for her arrest that was issued February 15th. It was not a hit and run, she stayed at the crime scene and spoke with the officer, even complying with her job during the process. It’s possible they are trying to charge her with the fact that she moved the car from the initial spot but she went maybe 100 yards from the spot where she was hit. Currently she is still in jail, waiting to be transferred to lake county. She has NO bond. This is her first offense and is being treated terribly. They won’t let her speak. Every time she tries they threatened to shoot her with bags. She can’t get her important medication. The only way we can get her out is with a layers help. We were told the cost is about $1600 after fees in order to get mariah out of jail ASAP so she can at least be home to take her medication.
