My name is Jenn, and I am writing on behalf of my good friend, Danny.

Fifteen years ago, Danny was in the wrong place at the wrong time. Because of his loyalty to people he cared about, he became involved in a case that resulted in his conviction for a crime he maintains he did not commit.

After spending the last 15 years in prison, Danny continues to fight for the opportunity to prove his innocence. Meanwhile, individuals who were more directly responsible are expected to be released soon, while Danny remains incarcerated.

We are seeking an experienced attorney who is willing to review his case and determine whether there are grounds for an appeal, post-conviction relief, newly discovered evidence claims, ineffective assistance of counsel claims, or other legal remedies.
