Help replace my stolen (and totaled) truck

As some of you know, my truck was stolen out of my driveway a few weeks ago. Although it was recovered by police a few days later, the joyriding thieves totaled it before abandoning it. The insurance settlement doesn't leave me with much to replace it, and financially I'm not in a position where I can get a loan to finance something, otherwise I'd do that. My only option is to pay cash for something cheap.

I'm moving to Kansas City and starting a new job next month. I was going to use my truck to move. The timing of my truck getting stolen couldn't be worse, as now I not only don't have an affordable way to move, but I also don't have a reliable vehicle to commute with and haul my kids in as I start a new job in a new city. Winter is coming... (insert meme here)... which is also concerning.

It's difficult to ask for help in situations like this. It feels like there are so many more pressing needs out there needing funding than a car for me.  This fundraiser was a last resort, but I'm in a tight spot and kind of out of good options. If you feel compelled to help, I would be incredibly grateful. Anything helps. My goal is just to have a cheap, reliable car for myself and family going into winter as we move.
