Homeless Mom and Son Need Your Help

Hello my name is Mary and thank you for taking the time to read this. I am a single mom who is currently homeless and just trying to raise money for somewhere to stay with my 6 year old son. We lost the house we were renting two weeks ago due to drowning in debts, as we haven’t been able to get on our feet for months. My credit cards have become maxed out on bills and still owed rent while trying to provide for my son and I to the point where I can’t get approved for any new credit. I am truly just trying to make sure my kid is safe and doesn’t have to sleep in a car that has very lapsed plates, registration and insurance because of how broke and in debt we are. Every little bit helps towards our goal and I appreciate any shares ❤️ 

 I have supported my kid and I off of my artwork for about 4 years now. Sadly my health got really bad a few years ago and it’s made it difficult to provide for us. My health has gotten better since moving California which I’m very grateful for but we had just gotten too deep into the hole by then to keep things afloat.

 If anyone knows of galleries or anywhere that displays art that would be interested in my paintings and could help me get connected with them please reach out. Even any jobs or opportunities I could do to make money right now would be so appreciated. I truly would do anything to help my son and I have a safe place to live together. We’ve already spent so much time apart because of my health and mental health struggles and I don’t want any more time to pass. I am so thankful for my sister but sadly she was also living with us and is now homeless as well because she was giving all her resources to helping my kid and I. I want to secure safe housing for her as well as myself and my son because we all really need to be together. She takes care of me and helps me take care of my kid, it is truly best for his health and safety as well as mine for her to be with us. 

 So please consider helping however u can, we can all fit in one room and the funds im trying to raise would be for just a motel or something til we can get on our feet as well as funds for getting proper plates etc on the car before it gets impounded or towed. As kind as some friends are it has been hard to connect with someone who can offer more than a couch or an air mattress for one of us which is so kind but means I’m apart from my son. So, if someone has even just a room that would be so helpful. The hotel I got with funds from some kind twitter friends ended yesterday and I have about negative -$67 in my account right now so please donate and share if you can. With hard work and your help I hope to be temporarily safe somewhere with my son until I can find more permanent housing for us. ❤️
