Creative Writing at Cambridge

Hi there! My name is Megan Spreen, and I am currently a sophomore at Marblehead High School. This summer I have been accepted to attend a summer program at Cambridge University in England! I will be studying mainly Creative Writing, but I will also be taking a Studio Art class. I have recieved a $5150 scholarship from the program, but that is only half the cost required to attend. I also need to pay for airfare, lunches, and any extra costs that might arise while I am there. I have until May 31 to give up my spot, so time is running out! 

This program is an amazing opportunity that allows high school students to travel and learn about things they are passionate about with other students who share their interests.  When I get home, I plan to write a peice for the local newspaper that details my experiences and thanks all of the friends, family, and local businesses that helped me along the way!
