On December 1st, my brother Michael was in a very serious car accident. We are so grateful that he is alive, thanks to the many efforts of Mercy Flight, and the continued efforts of Strong Memorial Hospital’s staff. However, Michael did sustain very serious injuries involving his back and spinal cord—- resulting in an extremely painful emergency back surgery.

He is an active 30 year old with two little girls (2 and 4 years), and to say this is a set back is and understatement. We are all holding onto hope that Mike will recover from all his injuries, but the road to recovery may last a year or more.

We all would be extremely grateful, if you would consider donating to help with medical bills/equipment, and unseen costs of facing a multiple month hospital stay around the holidays. He’s trying so hard to get home to all his girls.
