wren get top surgery!!

hi my name is wren, i’m a 22 year old nonbinary person who needs top surgery. i have my first gender therapy appt on the 12th may to get diagnosed with gender dysphoria, and it got me thinking about how i put off everything, and if i put this off any longer i don’t know how i’ll survive - so here it is.
