Every one is aware of Wreaths Across America, where wreaths are placed on the graves of our deceased veterans entombed in Arlington and Bushnell National Cemeteries. HOWEVER, not many are aware that there are veterans in our local cemeteries that go without wreaths. VFW Post 10209 (Michael Wayne Schafer Memorial Post) in Spring Hill is trying raise funds to cover the 610 veteran graves in Florida Hills Cemetery in Spring Hill Florida. The cost is $15 for one wreath. Any amount would help to reach our goal of $9,500.
