Wrapforjak2024 is officially underway!

The charity is in memory of Jak James Fada who suddenly lost his life back in November 2017 at the age of 10 to an underlying heart condition. The charity was created no more than 3 weeks after Jak’s passing, and that year and every year since we ask the community to donate money and/or gifts to give to the less fortunate kids in our local borough. So far we have helped thousands of families and children around the holidays with clothing and toys they would otherwise go without, with each and every present being delivered with love from our Jak. Every year after our donation drive, we all meet up and wrap all the donated gifts and bag them individually for each person, inviting anyone who would like to come along and help! We put on a buffet, have a DJ and host a range of entertainment and games for the children. The charity itself has had loads of local coverage from the shields gazette and updates can often be found there on the run up to the big day.

We are just about to get started on our 8th year and any and all help is always appreciated, big or small, and we hope to make this year the best year yet in memory of our jaky boy!
