Wrap Jacob Foster in Love & Support
Donation protected
On September 21st, a sunny early autumn day, Jacob Foster and his father, Tom Foster, woke up just like the rest of us. They were looking forward to a full day’s work of odd jobs to make ends meet.
Hours later, there was a sudden accident on the job and tragically, Tom lost his life. Jake ran towards his father just in time to witness his last breath.
Jacob is only 21 and has just been thrust into adulthood in the most cruel way. On top of the emotional burden, he now has to face the significant financial demands of settling his father’s estate. As Tom’s next-of-kin, he must find a way to pay the mortgage on his childhood home. This house is home to a lifetime of memories, to Jake, and his farm animals.
As it was, Jake and Tom were living and paying bills day-to-day, in a difficult but noble existence. They shared a close bond and a selfless mentality. Tom would never say no if asked for help, which was a wonderful quality that he passed on to Jake.
To support this GoFundMe is to support Jake directly as he tries to get on his feet and make ends meet -- now as one man against the world instead of two.
