Tyler Education Fund

Donation protected
My grand nephew Tyler is headed to NC State in the fall. He is enrolled in the engineering program and wants to study robotics. Tyler was inspired by a speaker he saw who spoke about his work creating a robotic hand for an amputee.

Tyler graduated with highest honors from Nash Community College in Rocky Mount, NC on May 15. He earned two associates degrees at the school. At the time he had yet to graduate from high school. Graduating with him was his mother, my niece, Marcia. She graduated with honors and received the award 2015 Excellence in Business Administration. Less than two weeks later and two days before Tyler graduated as valedictorian from Nash-Rocky Mount Early College high school, Marcia passed away in her sleep. She was 37.

No amount of money will replace what Tyler has lost, but anything that can be done to help him with his future education expenses would be greatly appreciated.
