Leadership programme

Hi our names are Zoe annd Ella-Rose and Zoe is currently completing her leaving cert 2025 exams and Ella-Rose will sit here in 2026. We were asked to attend a leadership programme which will be held in Dublin on the first week of July for students across the world from Mercy schools. It is a journey of empowerment and leadership. It offers the opportunity to connect with other students from Mercy schools and to offer an insight into Mercy in Action across the world and our Action for Justice.

We will take part in workshops, pilgrimage walks, visits to sites associated with Catherine McAuley and lots of other fun activities. The material gleaned as part of the pilgrimage is useful for subjects such as Religion, History, and English as well as a training in leadership when we leave school.

We are both very passionate about social Justice and we have strong voices in our community and this leadership programme will help to further improve our education and leadership for my future. Any support is greatly appreciated.
