Hello
I am Ayed Abu Al-Kas, a 30-year-old young man from the Gaza Strip.
I address your pure hearts and constructive humanity.
I have my own family of 5 members.
My wife, Fatima, is 27 years old.
And my three sons:
Hassan, 6 years old.
Azad, 4 years old.
Ghaith, 10 months old.
We are living the worst moments of our lives now.
We were displaced from the north of the Strip to the south, where there is no shelter, no safety, and no food.
After we were forced to leave our home, which was completely destroyed.
The home that sheltered us and was filled with warmth, memories, hopes, and love.
It became rubble.
Now we are in a fragile, dilapidated tent that does not protect us from the cold of winter or from the rain. We have become haters of the winter season that we used to wait for with love and warmth.
And my children, who have begun to wish for clean clothes and cannot find them, and wish for fruit and food and cannot find them.
After They enjoyed all these things before the war. Unfortunately, even my source of income was not excluded by the war, as it was completely destroyed. It was a private project in which I produced baked goods and pies. Now I do not have any source of income to support my small family, to provide them with food, water, clothes, and even medicine when they get sick, it cannot be brought here. The reason is the inability to pay its high price, if it is available. Because diseases here are successive due to the poor environmental situation left by the war. From water and soil pollution to even the air polluted with gunpowder, the effects of the bombing and fires. Our lives have become full of daily suffering from transporting drinking water from far away places and providing firewood to light a fire to cook food or obtaining unhealthy food from those who make it for people without the requirements of health protection. And my little child, for whom I have not been able to provide diapers and milk due to its crazy high price, which currently reaches 200 shekels, approximately $60, they have been deprived. My children are one of their most basic childhood rights.
Please help my children.
I am trying to help my family at any cost so that I do not lose them as I lost our home and source of income.
They are what I have left in my life.
I do not want to lose my family from bombing or from hunger and lack of food and care.
Therefore, I ask you to help my family to restore some hope to them to continue living and start over.
Consider me one of your family and look at me.
Help us because we are truly being genocidally exterminated (by bombing, food, medicine, and polluted water).
I hope to share my story with friends.
Be absolutely certain that the smallest help you can provide will be a big and significant thing for me to save my family from hell to light and rebuild a new future.
Because I trust in the goodness within you.
Thank you very much.
