My name is Soojin Park, and I am making this gofundme because my dad Sungyeul Park, suddenly passed away on Tuesday morning, June 30th. The cause of death is most likely to be of a heart attack. My dad was the only one out of my parents who had a job, and he was the sole source of income for our family. My dad worked as a UConn professor for 15+ years, and that is how we have been able to afford to go to college. We are planning on getting him cremated so that we can have his ashes, and hopefully go to South Korea so that he can rest with my grandfather. Since my dad was the sole source of income, we don't have much money currently and would appreciate any help with funeral expenses.
