Hello everyone!

 

On a whim, I applied to be in the Miss Iowa Pageant and a few weeks ago, I got accepted to compete. You may be thinking “How can you be Miss Iowa if you’re from Illinois?” The requirements of the Pageant say you have to be a full time student in the state hence why I can compete in the Iowa Pageant!

 

Never did I think I would be saying I want to compete in a pageant but everything I have done or applied to on a whim has made me who I am or has given me such great guidance and life lessons. My career choice, my acapella group, applying to graduate school are just a few examples.

 

I would love the opportunity to compete in this pageant but need financial help from my friends and family. Your donation would help me pay for the registration fees and attire. I would love to advertise my sponsors as well as their businesses! (It’s a marketing tax write off for business supporters :) )
