CANCER IS A BITCH

Hello, my name is Kylee Russell. I am 26 years old and I have 3 older sisters; Angela, Kayla and Kendra. Together we have 6 children! My dad John Russell has recently been diagnosed with terminal cancer; and his health is declining rapidly. My sisters and I have been taking time off of work, and spending every single ounce of time money and resources on my dad, but for the unfortunate few who know, cancer is debilitating in more than one aspect. My dads finances have been drained almost entirely, he is struggling to pay for treatment and FOOD and water, the necessities that he needs to stay afloat. He also has a colostomy bag that he needs help taking care of, and paying for supplies. No one should EVER face financial hardship and be forced into deciding treatment or living when they are in his condition. I am so overwhelmed with everything going on, as I said he was diagnosed and it’s been a RAPID downfall since; I don’t have anywhere else to turn and I am lost. I am too young to lose my dad, my kids do not want to lose their grandpa who they’ve barley met. My dad is 57 years old, he is far too young to be passing; but the outcome is inevitable and we just want to make his time left comfortable.

my dad would give his shirt off his back to anyone, he’s always been a giving man and he is the last person who deserves anything like this. It’s completely devastated my entire family, and tuned our world upside down.
