We are the children of Linda Faye Smith (Portia, Brandon, Monay and Asia)- On Friday June 5, 2015 we received a call that our mother had pased out at work, once we got to the hospital we were told by the doctors that they had done everything they could do medically and we had to make some decisions.
Our mother had a massive stroke at the age of 47 years old and on Sunday June 7, 2015 we made the decision as a family to remove her from life support due to her condition.  She was not only our mother, but our support system, our listen ear, our shoulder to cry on.  She was a mother to many foster children for over 10 years and even in death she was still giving,  she was a organ donor.
It is very touching to see how many people truly cared for and loved our mother.  We have set up this gofundme account to take care of her final arrangements and expenses because many people have asked to donate. We are so grateful for the love and support. Thanking you in advance .
