Hi! My name is Grace (24), and this here is Kahlua.

Kahlua is a 13-year-old kitty that we adopted when I was 13 years old. She has moved around with me a lot in recent years as I find where to settle in early adulthood.

She currently is in high pain in her mouth from tooth decay.

I am attempting to fund her dental bills as she's in pain right now but I currently don't have this money. I am saving up, but she's in need of emergency help. While I am working toward financing, so far it's been a little rocky as I just recently got a new job and moved out of my parents' place and into an apartment. So, credit-wise, I don't have anything built up, nor do I have debt, so there is a level of difficulty getting approved at the moment.

Any and all money given here goes directly to her and her dental bills and treatment.

I am almost certain they will hit me with a much higher cost than the estimate, which is $1000-$1100, and pain meds and special foods are likely on top of that.

She is showing signs of good health on her bloodwork, so I believe she will make it through this surgery, and I think it would greatly improve her quality of life. I will take the GoFundMe down as soon as I have figured out a route to getting her the care she needs.
