Hello! We are Dawn & John Rootness (Studio owners) and Jake from iLoveKickboxing in Woodbury, Minnesota. Our beloved coach and friend Heather was recently in a severe accident. The good news - she is alive and in good spirits. In spite of everything, she is staying strong and is being hailed as a rockstar by her doctors and nurses.

 

Heather has a heart of gold and a will made of stone. No matter how rough it gets, we have always been able to count on her, both as a coach and friend. Heather has a long road to recovery ahead, and she is not the kind of person who will ask for support outright. She has done so much for this place and its people over the last few years, and we all agree she more than deserves our support.

 

Any funds raised here will go to her & her family for things like: easing some of the burden created by the medical bills, the purchase of a new car, and overall helping her get back on her feet.
