Swagger surgery

The reason I'm asking for help with this is because swagger is a very important part of my family and my fur child this was a very unexpected and came out of no where. so he's going to need a very expensive surgery on his back so he can walk without trouble again
if you know me and how I am with these dogs there everything to me so I'm asking anyone who can help please do it will be much appreciated in every way
