I have just been updated with more information about the cost of my treatment. The treatment is a total of 4 cycles that costs $3,000 each, making the total $12,000.  I apologize for the misinformation that was previously told to me.

Hi there, my name is Dan Brady.  I have been diagnosed with Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer that has spread to my liver.  The reason I am raising money is for treatment to help my fight with this cancer.

I have had one treatment of chemotherapy via IV for the past three months, however it was not effective as the tumor on my liver has grown.  I was given the option of taking chemo in a pill form or to try another chemo that requires a secondary drug that the Ontario government will not cover.

I was told that the new drug will cost me over $3,000 per cycle (4), which I cannot afford.  I am reaching out to any kind hearted people to donate what ever they can afford, in helping me to fight this horrible disease.  I am currently on the pill version but I urgently need your help to raise funds to afford this new treatment.
