This summer, our beloved family member, friend, co-worker , and teacher, Levi Oates, was diagnosed with stage 3b colon cancer. Surgery to remove the cancer resulted in a long and painful recovery. Levi's next stage of treatment - chemotherapy - begins this week.

Levi's diagnosis and treatment journey come a mere year and a half after his wife, Rose, completed her final round of cancer treatment. As the Oates family settles into Rose's breast cancer remission, they again face the grueling reality of cancer and its treatment.

Levi and Rose are grateful for the continued prayers, encouragement, and day-to-day support you provide their family. Additionally, any funds raised here will be used to cover Levi's out-of-pocket treatment expenses, as well as to provide Celiac-safe meals for their daughters.
