Hello, I'm Michael.

I came home to this after work on May 16th. Everything I own is in there. I have no emergency funds set up, and I live check to check. I have no friends or family in this area. All I have left is my work clothes. This happened 2 months after I applied to adopt my grandson Elijah, who is in serious need of family. Finding a stable job and place to stay are the two most important things needed to adopt Elijah. I worked so hard getting the home ready for his arrival. The tornadoes took that hope and dream away from the both of us. Since the disaster, I've been literally lost in the World with no real destination... I need to be able to stay in one place long enough to obtain/keep employment. I feel so lost. I'm trying very hard to not give up. I have to complete my mission as a Grandparent. This is my first grandchild. I don't want to lose him to the state..

I'm in need of:

$1200 for HOUSING.

$100 for PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION.

$60 for work clothes .

$150 for food.

This total amount should sustain for month. All I need is a month boost and then I will have enough paychecks to get back on track.
