Hey this is Sam, as difficult as this is for me I am reaching out for help after a life-changing car accident that has left me with serious injuries and without a reliable means of transportation.

On October 26th 2024, I was rear-ended in a high speed car crash on the freeway, then spun into a turnpike, leaving me with a broken neck (3 fractures on my c6 and c7), and several other injuries.

While I will live to juggle another day, the road to recovery has been long and challenging. Ive been horizontal in a neckbrace for the last 5 weeks and am just beginning to be able take care of myself again. As I focus on healing physically and emotionally, I am facing the additional burden of not having a car to get to medical appointments, work, performances, or even take care of my daily needs.

My car was destroyed in the accident, and due to my current situation, I am unable to afford a new vehicle. Without a car, I am struggling to maintain my independence and manage my medical care as I recover from this injury.

What I Need: I am hoping to raise $4500 to help cover the cost of purchasing a reliable, used car that can get me to and from doctor’s appointments, physical therapy, and work as I rebuild my life. Every donation, no matter how small, will help me regain my independence, move forward on my road to recovery, and get back to being the strange juggling musician artist you know and love.
