Hello everyone, on 4/1 Logan and I were walking out of a restaurant and this black SUV came barreling through the parking lot. I told my son to start running. The person driving the SUV seemed like he was aiming for us. Logan got away without any physical harm, but I was not able to fully get away. I was still running when I got to the front of my car; that's when he hit my car. My car then pinned my foot between the wheel and the curb when he hit it at a high rate of speed. Once the crash settled, my car moved more so I could escape from it. My foot was sliced open, and it will take years of therapy to get over this. I am very lucky it was not worse, but I didn't feel that way at the time of the accident.

We are still trying to sort everything out and we could use a little extra help. We have an attorney for what happened and I am still unsure if he had insurance. He was arrested at the scene and I was taken by ambulance. He totaled my car as well. Anything would help to get me back on my feet. I thank everyone who has already helped us. We are very blessed.
