Would like to start a hotdog stand business

Hello everyone my name is Ken I would like some help in obtaining a hotdog stand . I live in a small town which is a high traffic of tourist . And figure this would b a great time now to start this little new chapter in my life . I'm not looking in to buying a truck just a hand cart that I can tow using a lawnmower . I'm getting close to retirement now and really like to fulfill this dream .

I have driven trucks for over 20 yrs and just want to get off the road . And just enjoy life for once . I'm just ur quite average guy would help someone out if I can . I have a cat name daisy . That another reason to b off the road . I don't like pets in my truck as it's not fair for pets to b in the truck. I want her to have a home where she can just stretch out and not stressed.
