Worse disability, now poorer. PLEASE HELP!

I'll soon be 70, my MS is much worse (recently my right ear and left eye stopped working) while I wait for stronger treatment. I've amassed so many overdraft fees from my credit union in the last few months that I can't catch up, my income is so low. It's impossible. Please help me keep my utilities and internet on, and my 16-year-old car running. I've never been in this kind of mess before. I'm alone, nowhere to go for the holidays, no cable, just secondhand everything and meals on wheels. There'll be no Christmas, just me here watching old movies. I miss my friends in Houston and at NCSA, as well as NYC and London. I'm grateful for anything!
