World Record Attempt – Largest Projected Shadow

My name is Drew Colby and I am an award-winning international hand shadow performer. In 2021 I came third in Das Supertalent on German television.

I am attempting to break the existing world record for the largest projected shadow by projecting a hand shadow face onto the largest cinema screen in Britain.

In order to break the largest projected shadow record I must make a shadow measuring more than 16m x 9m, for which purpose I am in talks with the IMAX in London (UK) as their screen is 19.8 metres high by 25.9 metres wide. The cost to hire the cinema is £2000.00 (plus VAT) for one hour.

My GoFundMe campaign would contribute towards the cost of the venue hire and the additional costs of getting great photographs of the event, which will be live streamed across my social media networks, where I have over 140000 followers.

If I succeed, this will be the first ever hand shadow world record.
